Inspired by Mother Nature and a determination to make a difference in people’s lives, founder Sabrina Mirault brings the richness of the Earth to your table.
Her purpose is to bring the best ingredients into kitchen, to create dishes that make people happy. Sabrina is grateful to have found her passion through an active, healthy lifestyle and wants to share the bounty from her ‘green’ kitchen locally.
Acetaria’s mission is to buy responsibly, reduce their footprint and give back to the community. From designing the restaurant to creating the menu, respect for the environment, creating a comfortable environment and serving fresh, original meals have always been top-of-mind.
