Description of the attraction

Explore the Bourlamaque Mining Village with its log homes that are still inhabited and visit the historic house.

A new interactive exhibit is waiting for you. Set in a 1940’s residential decor, the exhibition will allow you to discover what characterized the past and current lives of the mining village’s inhabitants.

With an audioguided tour, you can explore this village with a living past and learn a bit more about its history.

  • Cash only at the historic house. Visitors can buy their ticket for the exhibition at the boutique of La Cité de l’Or with debit or credit card (90, avenue Perrault)
  • Some interpretation panels are not accessible during winter
