During planning phase

• Provide technical and logistical assistance to the organising committee, such as looking for local suppliers that will meet your needs
• Suggest an activity program for participants or their spouses and accompanying persons

• Inform people on services available in the area, by means of an information kit and reception booth
• Provide tour guides for your visitors, based on your tastes and interests
• Give to the visitors from outside of the Vallée-de-l’Or, a free parking sticker
